Do you wish you had the insights and techniques to build residence and wellbeing in your staff team? Are you facing challenges with staff retention, morale and staff absence? There are ways to help you discover how to improve your own resilience and wellbeing and to create a whole school approach that will create a more resilient and positive organisation that enables the staff to give their best for the pupils.

This course explores your own mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, explains fully what is resilience is and how it can be built in an organisation using signature strengths, techniques to recognise and manage stress, utilise positive emotions and mindfulness and address key areas of sleep, exercise, nutrition with new insights and practical tips.
